Perspective VMS is navigated from within a web-browser. The application is self-contained and intended for navigation without the use of browser controls such as the "back" or "home" buttons. If using these controls, the application will ask if you intend to leave the application entirely.

To change from one module to another the use of a Top Navigation Bar, within the web page itself, is employed which permits users to move back and forth between modules for various functions and features. Features such as full-screen, minimizing panels, and opening dialog boxes will change the application point-of-view and reference point for the user.
