Acknowledgment Responses
Administrators and users can define pre-fabricated "canned" responses for reporting alert acknowledge. System acknowledge responses are configured in the Administration Module under Settings.
Double click on Acknowledge Responses to expand the container. In the illustration below you can see several “canned” responses example Fire Alarm, Other and Pending Investigation. Users have the ability to create unique responses and add them to the Ack Responses detail list.

To create Acknowledge Responses select "ADD" to initiate the dialog box, enter your desired acknowledge response in the Name field.

Select "Save" .
Once added the Acknowledged Response will be listed on the details panel. and available for users to acknowledge alerts and events.
